Zach Davenport

Ranks #10 in New Hampshire

Zach Davenport, son of John & Deirdre Davenport began competitive swimming in September of 2008. He was inspired after watching the remarkable showing of Michael Phelps in the Olympics. He said to me, Mom I can do that!!!

Now in a short 1 ½ years later, he is ranked 10th in the State of New Hampshire in the 11/12 year old boys division with his recent performance at the New Hampshire Swim Association State Championships. He placed 4th in 100 yard Freestyle, 7th in 200 Yard Freestyle and 8th in 50 Yard Breast stroke and both his 200 yard relay teams finished in 3rd place.

His individual contribution of 38 points help lead his team, Executive Swim Club to an impressive First Place finish with the accumulation of over 3000 points.

The Executive Swim Club is under the guidance of Head Coach Brian Crawford where the team has been trying for 6 years defeat Exeter Swim team.

We are very proud of our son who attends West Running Brook Middle School in Derry NH as an Honor Roll 6th grader this year.

Riders and walkers will gather at the Hart Barn at Great Brook Farm in Carlisle for a 6-8 mile trail ride.
